The bottle has been frosted and handpainted with a little boy looking up at the starry night and says "Star Light, Star Bright". The stars are vinyl. A hole in the back of the bottle has been drilled with a diamond bit for a smooth finish. A string of 35 mini lights shine out through the bottle.
